Simon has over 15 years of contact centre experience, both in-house and with various outsourcers. He's been in a broad range of roles from service delivery, planning and insight, dialler management, operational leadership, and client services - making him well suited for helping contact centres find their perfect solution at MOJO-CX©.
Outside of his work when Simon isn't spending time with his wife and children, he's a keen runner, with multiple marathons and half marathon races planned this year (including Chicago Marathon in October).
