After 4 years working in Analyst Roles in Legal and General where El spent her time across various analytics roles, since 2021 she has been MOJO-CX©'s Product Owner.
With varied experience across Web Analytics, identifying conversion opportunities and proving marketing ROI and as a Business Analyst working closely with L&G's Customer service team. El found her love for customer experience optimisation when she introduced SMS outbound comms as part of the Insurance purchase journey
As Product Owner El sets out the roadmap for our products, consults customers for feedback and works closely with behavioural scientists to continuously improve what we do.
