We explore what contact centres can learn from Amazon's genius algorithms and data science
Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to the ability of a computer or machine to perform tasks that normally require human-like intelligence, such as learning, problem-solving, and decision making. Machine learning (ML) is a subfield of AI that involves training a computer to perform certain tasks without explicitly programming it to do so.
In machine learning, a computer is fed a large amount of data and uses statistical algorithms to identify patterns and relationships in the data. The computer can then use this knowledge to make decisions or predictions about new data. For example, a machine learning system might be trained to recognize patterns in data from credit card transactions and use that information to detect fraudulent activity.
Machine learning is an important part of AI because it allows computers to improve their performance and make more accurate predictions over time as they are exposed to more data.
Machine Learning is exactly what makes MOJO-CX© so special, and able to recignise and transcribe speech as accurately as 98%. It's also why our modules work better together than when separate - becoming smarter from the feedback loop that they create.
