What makes a good leader, and what makes a bad one? This and more in AI Would Agree...
In this episode of MOJO-CX©’s live series, AI Would Agree, Senior Solutions Consultant Paul Banks is joined by Co-Founder of Intersect HP, George Todd.
George and Paul got together to discuss why he and his Co-Founder, Darren Arnold, set out to start their own outsourcer after so many years managing large scale operations, as well as some of his unique views for the values and culture at Intersect HP - things we know will have a lot of people nodding along.
George also discusses how conventional feedback often ends up emphasizing the negative and therefore demotivating employees, whereas humanised coaching is centred around making people feel positive about what they are already good at to help build their confidence.
Maybe it’s time to let negative feedback come from technology, which often elicits a less emotional response – something that George has lovingly dubbed the ‘Grammarly Effect’.
